dear sir,
i am facing this problem for 3rd time my balance has been deducted reither i have monthly alrounder offer package, i had aproximatly 80 RS balance but now deducted why?
kindly look into this matter plz.

I have 13000+ jazz cash balance, so daily I have 100 minutes so why my balance is deducted
