Dear Sir,
You’re informed that today is the 21st day when power has been going every morning from 10:15 am till 5:30 pm. This has become daily routine, when power comes there is lot of fluctuation/low voltage causing damage to our electrical appliances. Already our air conditioners, computers, Severs Machine, photocopy machine and bulbs have been damaged by LOW VOLTAGE (150-180 Volts). Who’s going to cover for all these losses. All houses in our area are badly suffering from this poor management by KE.
People living in the area are worst victims as they cannot do any work when light is gone for almost 6-7 hours. We have failed to understand what is wrong with the KE system. We all are both mentally and physically affected by this daily long power outages, fluctuation and low voltage.
You’re requested to rectify this immediately and prevent this from happening daily in our area.
