I want to address one very important issue that needs your attention…I am from Pakistan .On 31st of December 2016 I landed at Jeddah Airport and from there I purchased Zain Sim on my passport… I am using it from last 4 months. On 31st of March 2017 I purchased zain’s Data bundle offer of 300 riyal for 3 months. But on 27th April I got message at 12:49 pm that (your sim is going to end today at 2 pm. Make sure your finger prints from near Zain office) Sir i want to tell that i am working in night shift..and i was sleeping at that time… And basically its wrong to inform a customer on a very short notice. Secondly when I went to the Zain office which is near to Makkah Tower and my office, approx 15 times and called on customer center 15 times plus but no body facilitated me with correct information. Every body treated me like a ball. Sir it was ethically wrong not provide even a day to your customer. Today I was informed that you have to buy a new sim and your specific data is also waste. What?? I mean what about my rest (2 month data bundle cost 200 riyal)? Sir I am not a rich person.i am here to work far away from my country ,family and kids just to earn money. These 200 riyals are so precious to me.
Once upon a time this place was the center of justice. Our Beloved Prophet teaches us sincerity and honesty. But Sir this is not fair to me. It is requested to you please give me justice by give me back my offer of Riyal 200.i am waiting for a kind reply from your side.I will b very thankful to you…
