Dear Sir! I paid my fesco bill under consumer # 04131510333500 for the amount of 5767and for the month August on dated 19-08-2017 to Qasim Mobile in jhumra. But he paid the bill on dated 23-08-17. So between the period i paid the amount or actual payment of bill he used my amount of money unauthorisingly for 4 days. Its a illegal act on the part of shop keeper so he must be asked. i will wait for your feedback to my complain
