i am imran majeed by profession a government employee and my pay account is on HBL my account is13727901544003 college road branch sargodha
sir last day on sunday 15th october 2017 at 6:30pm i went on NBP ATM khewra district jhelum punjab branch to draw out 3000 cash from my above said account via my HBL ATM card but transaction could not be completed due to the hardware issue shown on ATM machine screen and machine immediately ejected my ATM card but later when i check my account details its shown transaction and deducted my 3000 amount.
please restore my amount
i am really worry for this mismanagement and mishandling on part of HBL.

please solve my issue as soon as possible.
