Dear Sir,
I would like to invite your kind attention to my eamil dated October 18, 2017 on the captioned subject and to state that Telephone line of my House No. A-24, Decent Town. Gulistan-e-Johar, Block-7, Karachi is out of order since many days. I have made complaint # 79 on October 09, 2017 but sorry to say that no action has been taken so far.
It may be pointed out that it is a Government connection and remains out of order for more than 15 days in a month ( may kindly check from the record and monthly call charges). when I make complaints after 5-6 days telephone line repairs. After one or two days telephone line again becomes out of order, it appears that some one deliberately tempers the telephone line. Line man of the area does not perform his duty properly despite our repeated complaints no action has been taken against the concerned line man (reasons not known).
It is requested to kindly direct the line man to remove the fault on urgent basis as Government connection.
