I ordered two piece meal deal and requested not to give leg piece which he never listened . I again requested him to change but then he was insistent for wing and got himself busy on mobile call . Once no resolution I asked him to return the order which he agreed but an old staff apologized and gave the pieces. The gentleman was Mr Waleed new branch manager of scheme 3 branch and showed complete discourteosy which was not acceptable.
