Illegal three phase motor implantation

Respected Sir/Madam,
It is to be in your acknowledgement that in our area Muhammad Pur street no 3,4 Qasba Colony,peoples of these two streets used heavy three phase water motor on illegal (Kunda direct from PMT) electricity ,which effects our voltage along with destroying Bulbs/Fans. Kindly do fast action to resolve this issue as i am a star customer of KE even in this low category area, immediate action will motivate me to cooperate more with your department as a Patriotic person.
Note: These two motors permanently Plant under 8 to 10 feet in earth, your physical visit justify my this complain.
