This is my broadband up gradation in the last days of Nov 2018. It worked well at 10 MB speed until Dec 2018. Now I am on 6 MB for a 10 MB bill. Could anyone explain my recent live chat with PTCL? It’s a case of EXTORTION and obviously a crime. My question is which PTCL broadband package provides 10 MB speed?
A mega company is in hands of insensible, nonprofessional beginners!!! May God help NAYA PAKISTAN.
