We booked a package for my daughters college and it was deducted from the credit card . I have the credit card receipt showing deduction . The card got expired after a day and the careem package became inactive . the total amount of the package has been deducted so ethically you need to provide the full package and also reimburse the money you tool as single time with out the package. It is so frustrating that you guys have a horrible customer service to at least talk to a human and try to understand the problem and resolve it.
