Courier was dispatched on 2 May with consignment # 774608450024. Customer complaining that delivery man did not call her and i can see that my courier is going to returned back. Customer is lady, as per her today delivery man came down to my building and call her to take a delivery, she send her son with money to take the order from customer but delivery man refuse to give courier to his son and went away. Customer call me on my personal number and requesting me to have courier today. Kindly your urgent support for this matter.
