I submitted my documents with TCS for MOFa Attestation on July 16,2020 at that time I confirmed from them that how mush time it will take for attestation which they told 3 to 4 working days which afterwards extended to 1 week due to pandemic. Today it’s 12 August I still didn’t get my documents . I registered my complain with them on 29th July 2020 about the delivery of the documents and yesterday I came to know that tcs delivered my documents on 6th August to Mofa even after registration of my complain they didn’t provide me with this fact. My complain number is 3675472 whereas consignment number is 40603328144. While I told them that I’ve to fly on 27th August and after Mofa I need to get attestation from consulate still I’m not getting any solution.

I submitted my documents with TCS for MOFA attestation on 20-01-2021 at that time i was confirmed by TCS representative that documents will be attested and delivered with 10 working days till yet 06-02-2021 i did not received documents the CN#(5067691730), could you please help me to know that what is the current status for documents as i travelled from Pakistan on 21-jan-2021 and have no idea that where is my required attestation reached.
