Gwadar Golf city a developer in Gwadar has made a fraud with overseas Pakistanis. He advertised a housing scheme in gwadar but did not delivered in last 4 years. He advertised that there will be golf course ,university and other amenities but it has nothing. its a small colony far away from gwadar. He is not returning money.

BSM builder is a fraud.They collect money from Gwadar and invest in Punjab
I invested in Gwadar Golf City around 7 years ago. I purchased a 1 Kanal plot and paid all installments on time, including full development charges.
Despite completing all payments and waiting patiently for years, nothing has been delivered. There is no proper development, no possession, and no clear future plan. Now I am being told that the project is almost dead and that I can only get a refund with heavy deductions or shift to another project.
I am not a rich person. I invested my hard-earned savings with trust. I am not asking for any profit. I only want my paid amount back or a fair adjustment in a legally approved project in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
I believe many other investors are facing the same issue. I want to connect with them so we can raise our voice together and seek justice.
