Dear Sir,
I want to bring in your notice that Telenor have made agreement with Filmpoint where they activated and subscribed such services on the customer numbers without their well and consent, and then making illegal money deduction. The same happing with me till date and don’t know how much amount deducted from balance. I submitted so many complaints (through online chat, verbal, in writing) but no proper action taken yet, while on the other hand Telenor justifying themselves and telling me that I have activated & subscribed these futile services and when asked to unsubscribe, they ask to do it manually. I never ever activated and subscribed such futile services on my numbers. I demanding my deducted amount back from Telenor but Telenor is not ready to refund it me. I request you to take proper action against Telenor ,Film point and other money making services like these please.
Attached is the screenshot when I try to manually unsubscribe the service and got no response.

How to file a complaint against Telenor?

* Go to page
* Write Telenor in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Telenor.
