Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a scam I encountered at one of your tyre shops located in Lahore.
Details of the Incident:
Date and Time: 23rd December 24, 4:30 PM
Location: PSO Bahria Town, Canal Road
Nature of the Scam: I went to the tyre shop to check air in tyres. My tyres are new and also air was also fine. I just went for a routine check of air and the guy said, we just want to check 02 tyres. We have doubt that tyres are punctured.
I told them that air is fine and tyres can not be punctured but he insisted. Once he opened the tyre, he quickly checked it before i just locked the car and told me my one tyre had 6 punctures. I was shocked. Car can not move with a tyre in this worst condition. Then he showed me nails of exactly same size, which I am sure, he put inside while I was just locking the door. The the second tyre had same issue and he said three punctures were there in other tyres also.
Anyhow, I was literally trapped. It was not over if they had just done the punctures, they discovered one breakage in a tyre and told me they will have 5 patches in tyres as well. This was literally impossible. In the meantime, they asked that we need to replace the tyres. Front on the back so other tyres also need to be repositioned. I allowed them and other two tyres have exactly fine air were also detected with 4-5 punctures requiring patches as well. I felt myself helpless and just wanted to be rescued from there. They asked me to pay 6000 and I had no idea what they were charging for.
I paid them as I was unable to argue with such evil mind genius people.
I want PSO to please have a quality check at the shop or surprise visit to said shop as this experiences had made me life time avoider of PSO Pump and Air filling.
Amount Involved: 6000 were lost but the price of trust is priceless
I believe this incident not only reflects poorly on customer service but also raises serious concerns about the integrity of the services offered under the PSO name. As a loyal customer, I expect accountability and swift action against those involved in such activities.
Evidence:
They did not provide me any bill and said they dont have any such thing. I have attached the shop details and the rates which they are not following.
Request:
I kindly request:
1. A thorough investigation into the matter.
2. Appropriate action against those responsible.
3. Compensation for the loss or inconvenience caused.
I trust PSO to uphold its reputation and ensure such incidents are not repeated. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform me of the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
