Bill not received since last two months
With a great regret that my bill of my Telephone Number 0515463001 not receiving since last two months,although i registered complaint last month for same purpose but no fruitful result achieved . Due to non delivery of bill i could not pay my bill .My cell I hoped that PTCL authority must took any strict action on my last month complaint but i didn’t knows that next month PTCL repeat his past like when the ptcl was T & T. My ALLAH knows better that PTCL how treated me this month regarding my complaint.If the PTCL ignoring our complaints then a lot of people consideration for Wateen or nya tel or any other suitable system provider.
