On 29 may i placed two orders on temu and them cancelled the orders because it was a fraudulent marketing activity which shows that ots zero amount shopping but they deducted the amount from my debit card. And later on they said that theu has issued a refund but till today i didn’t received even a penny from them. They are saying firstly that amount is not received but i have proof of my bank statement and messages showing they deducted the amount for 2 orders. First amount of 2096 and tax of 209.6 and second order 2036 and tax amount of 203.6 you can clearly see these transactions in my bank statement. Now they are making lame excuses that amount is processed but i didn’t received any single rupee as refund from them. They are just not listening to me and not taking any action against my complaint. They are just providing robotic answers. I need my money urgently but its bow almost 2 months and still all in vain. So please help me out get my money back from them with tax and they have to compensate for the time amd their lies and the mental strain they gave to me.
