Subject: Complaint Regarding Fake Delivery Attempt and No Contact from Delivery Rider
Dear Pk Dex Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recurring issue with your delivery service. The delivery riders assigned to deliver my parcels do not contact me before or during the delivery attempt. Instead, they mark the parcel as a “delivery attempt failed” without actually visiting my address or making any effort to reach me.
This is highly unprofessional and causes unnecessary delays and frustration. I kindly request you to take immediate action to ensure that:
1. Delivery riders properly contact the recipient before marking a delivery attempt.
2. False delivery attempts are strictly monitored and penalized.
Please look into this matter seriously and improve your service standards. I am hoping for a quick resolution.
