Buyer Beware: Disappointing Service & Hidden Costs from Cage Life Care
I recently placed an order with Cage Life Care and was profoundly let down by their service. Here’s what happened:
1. Wrong Address, Wasted Time
Despite providing the correct delivery details, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address—an error caused by Cage Life Care. This led to 2 hours wasted, as the rider had to contact me and we had to manually sort things out.
2. Unfair Extra Charges
I ended up paying:
₨750 TCS shipping charges on their invoice, and
₨600 in extra delivery costs due to the mix-up.
Total = ₨1,350, charged to me despite it being their mistake. Yet, they offered only a ₨250 partial refund—patently unfair.
3. Misleading Claims, No Real Feedback
Their online listings tout fast shipping and dependable delivery.
