Subject: Complaint Regarding No Signal in Our Area
Dear Telenor Customer Support,
I am writing to inform you about a serious network issue in our area. We are facing a complete lack of Telenor signals at our location: Amankot, Opposite Electric Grid Station, Mingora, Swat.
The reason for this problem seems to be that the nearby Telenor tower is not operating at all. Because of this, we are unable to make calls, use mobile data, or receive any service properly.
We kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as it is causing great inconvenience to all Telenor users in our locality.
