I want to file a serious complaint regarding my recent KFC order. The order I received was cold, incomplete, and not fresh at all. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from a brand like KFC.
On top of that, when I contacted your helpline, the representative’s behavior was unprofessional and not helpful. Instead of resolving my issue, I was not given any proper support or solution.
I request an immediate resolution, either by providing a full replacement or a refund
