On 9 December 2025 at 21:40, I made a payment of Rs. 1900 via JazzCash for purchasing Free Fire diamonds. The transaction was successful and my amount has been deducted, but I did not receive any voucher code via SMS till now.

Issue: Voucher code not received
I contacted JazzCash helpline but no response yet. Kindly help me to either receive my voucher code or get a refund.
