Dear Team,

I want to bring into notice about a bad experience at one of your outlets located on GT Road Jehlum where while travelling from Islamabad to lahore my family visited to have some quality food and ordered as per attached but unfortunately it was a pathetic experience w.r.t ordering and quality food.
Despite the huge walk-in of customers only one counter was active. It took around 20, 25 minutes just to place the order which is totally unfair specially for the customers travelling to other cities.

Moreover I am going to attach the pictures of the food served where you may check the quality of your Burger which seems like a crunch burger at the price of Zinger Burger, just a Bun and Petty was there. It was totally waste of money.
On the counter while ordering I requested the staff to place at least one thigh chicken piece but once order was served there were chest pieces and I again requested to replace the same but was denied.

Please look into the complaint and address the same as oer your quality standards.

    Dear KFC Customer Service,
    I hope you are doing well.
    I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a recent order I placed from KFC. Unfortunately, the burger I received was not fresh at all. It seemed stale and did not meet the quality standards I expect from your brand.
    I also asked the rider about the freshness of the food, and he assured me that it was freshly prepared. However, the condition of the burger clearly indicated otherwise, which was very disappointing.
    I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure better quality control so that customers do not face such issues in the future. I would also appreciate a resolution for this inconvenience.
