Dear Sir,
I have depsosited Rs. 49,800/- through Jazzcash wallet account named Soofi Sajjad, account number 03357080988 to Y999 games via third party company Byte Genious Technologies on 9th January 2026, the transaction was successful but yet i gaming platefarm didnt credited balance to my game account, after talking with support they replied they havnt received the money i contact with bank for refund. After this i contacted to my bank and the team verified and replied that amount successfully received in merchants account i have to go through with merchants for solving the problem but they are not accepting that they received money.
Its requested kindly solve my problem.
