I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a pair of shoes purchased on 12 March from your Emporium Mall, Lahore branch.
My son wore these shoes for the first time on 21 March (Eid day), and within just a few hours, the shoes became damaged.
I have attached images in this clearly showing the damage.
I expect immediate action on this matter. Kindly arrange a replacement or full refund without any delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this complaint further.
