Dear,
I bought a UK playstation voucher for 20 gbp worth around 8052 rupeee, today 26-03-2026 at 09:40:41 Pakistan Standard time, through jazzcash.
Order ID: 2026032609403337814.
TID: 707453096281.
The app showed a notification “check your vouchers in 5 minutes”.
Its 06:22 and the voucher still hasnt been deposited, I request tapshop to please either refund me, or preferably send the voucher.
