I want to report a fraud/scam transaction.
I was contacted by a person who offered to sell me a laptop for Rs. 19,000 and asked for a 50% advance payment (Rs. 9,500) to place the order. He promised that the remaining amount would be Cash on Delivery.
I sent the advance in two separate Easypaisa transactions to a JazzCash number:
First transaction: Rs. 6,000
Second transaction: Rs. 3,500
After receiving the total Rs. 9,500, he demanded another Rs. 9,500 as additional advance, which was not agreed earlier. When I refused and asked for a refund, he denied and is now not returning my money.
I believe this is a scam. I request you to please:
Investigate both transactions
Block/freeze the receiver’s account
Help recover my funds if possible

I have attached all proof including chat screenshots and CNIC image provided by the scammer.I am a student I don’t even have a job 19,000 was a big amount for me I want my money refund if possible I have the whole chat proof
Please take urgent action.
