Dear inDrive Support,
I am filing a serious complaint against your driver whose vehicle number shown in the app is LEU-19-1002.
The driver behaved in an extremely rude, dangerous, and unprofessional manner during the ride. Female passengers were traveling to Riphah International University Lahore when the driver repeatedly hit the rickshaw four times on the road with other vehicles and created a dangerous situation for passengers and nearby people.
Due to his reckless driving, one female passenger suffered serious facial injuries, and the rickshaw windshield was badly damaged.
The driver was also not aware of the correct location and repeatedly traveled toward the wrong route despite being guided properly. After ending the ride, he demanded extra money unfairly and started misbehaving with the passengers.
In addition, the driver was involved in inappropriate behavior and sexual harassment toward the female passengers, making them feel unsafe and traumatized during the ride.
I am attaching screenshots of the ride and related evidence. This matter is extremely serious and requires immediate investigation and strict action against the driver.
I request inDrive to immediately suspend this driver and take proper legal and disciplinary action.
