I would like to file a complaint regarding my PandaMart order #btqk-2622-dh7o from Pandamart DHA (Y Block) Lahore, delivered on 27 May at 00:02.
The rider informed me that his bike got punctured. After that, he falsely marked the order as “Delivered” without actually delivering it. He stopped responding to my calls and appears to have blocked my number.
This order contained important household items for my children during the Eid festival, and due to non-delivery we faced serious inconvenience and mental stress. It is highly unprofessional and disappointing that the order was marked delivered while the items were never received.
