Kindly check and resolve the issue regarding ticket purchase, payment deducted but ticket not confirmed. Screenshot attached for reference. Complaints also report on rabta app and wait for 1 week for resolve issue but still in pending. Jazz Cash representative also not supporting and 03 Complaints log at jazz Cash but they said the problem at pakistan railway side. Kindly check and resolve the issue.
