I am writing to report multiple transactions made from my Easypaisa account to PublishEx Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd on 25 June 2026. The transactions were for PKR 2,000, PKR 1,000, and PKR 500.
I do not understand what service these payments were made for and would like a full investigation into these transactions. Please provide complete details regarding the merchant, the purpose of the payments, and whether they were properly authorized from my account.
I request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken if any unauthorized activity is found.
