I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction of Rs. 2,950.00 from my JazzCash account, which I did not consent to nor authorize.

Description of Incident:
I received a phone call from an unknown representative who briefly mentioned an insurance plan. At no point did I explicitly agree to subscribe to any policy, provide my CNIC, or authorize any deduction from my JazzCash account. Despite this, the amount was automatically debited without my express consent.
This is a clear case of unauthorized transaction / mis-selling, and I demand:
Immediate cancellation of this policy/service.
Full refund of Rs. 2,950.00 back to my JazzCash account.
Permanent blocking of any future deductions from this merchant.
I have attached a screenshot of the transaction receipt for your reference.
Please investigate this matter urgently and revert to me with a resolution within 48 hours. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this complaint to:
