Hello,
I would like to report an unauthorized recurring deduction from my JazzCash account. An amount of PKR 499 is being deducted every month by PI Pakistan Pvt Limited.
I have already unsubscribed/cancelled this subscription, but the amount is still being deducted from my account every month. It’s totally illegal to deduct this amount without my permission.
Kindly investigate this issue, permanently stop all future recurring deductions, and process a refund for the unauthorized charges if applicable.
Please also provide me with a complaint reference number and keep me updated on the status of my request.
