Dear Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction of PKR 499 that has recently been deducted from my account.
I have never subscribed to or authorized any such service, yet the amount has been deducted from my account without my consent. I would like to know why these deductions are being made from my account and under what authorization these transactions are being processed.
Furthermore, this is not the first time this has happened. Previously, an amount of PKR 788 was also deducted from my account under the name of ENTERTAINER ASIA. I did not knowingly subscribe to this service either, and the amount has still not been refunded to me.
Therefore, I strongly request you to:
1. Refund the recent PKR 499 deduction in full.
2. Refund the previous PKR 788 deduction, which has not yet been refunded.
3. Immediately cancel and block any subscription, recurring payment, or authorization associated with these deductions.
4. Provide me with a clear explanation of why these amounts were deducted from my account without my authorization.
5. Confirm in writing that no further deductions will be made from my account.
I consider these transactions unauthorized and unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the complaint to the relevant payment provider and consumer protection authorities.
I expect a prompt response, a proper explanation, and a full refund of both amounts (PKR 499 + PKR 788 = PKR 1,287).
