Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing a complaint against PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED / TAPMAD TV for unauthorized deductions from my JazzCash account.
JazzCash Number: [apna JazzCash number likhein]
Total Amount Deducted: Rs. 650
1st Deduction: Rs. 500
2nd Deduction: Rs. 150
I received SMS: “Your transaction of ___ from PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED has been completed successfully.”
I never subscribed to Tapmad service nor gave permission for auto-deduction. This is fraud. I request immediate action.
I request you to:
1. Direct PI Pakistan Pvt Ltd to immediately stop further deductions from my JazzCash
2. Refund the total deducted amount of Rs. 650 to my JazzCash account
3. Take strict action against such unauthorized charges to protect other users
