Dear Concerned,
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the food quality and hygiene standards at KFC Nursery, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal.
Yesterday, around 11:00 PM, I purchased two Crunch Burgers from the above-mentioned KFC outlet. My two children ate the burgers during the night, and unfortunately, both experienced diarrhea and abdominal pain afterward. As a result, they were unable to attend school today.
This incident has caused me serious concern regarding the food quality, hygiene, and kitchen standards being maintained at the outlet. I am disappointed that a well-known brand like KFC may be compromising on food safety and service standards.
I request you to please investigate this matter seriously, particularly the food preparation and hygiene practices at the outlet, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
I would also appreciate a response regarding this complaint and the action taken by your team.
