I opened an account on yango and had to book a ride. When i booked the ride, i wanted to pay via jazz cash so they asked me to link my jazz cash account to yango. I linked my account and booked my ride. athe charges of my ride were Rs. 651. After about 10 mins of booking the ride, Rs. 651 was charged from my jazz cash account to Publish Ex Pvt Ltd. Then, i had to also pay the rider Rs. 651 for my ride. This Rs. 651 that was automatically charged from my account without my consent was wrongful. I want it refunded.
