Dear Publish Ex Pvt Ltd,
I am writing to report an unauthorized subscription that was activated on my account without my knowledge or authorization. An amount of PKR 174 has also been deducted from my account for this subscription.
I request you to please:
1. Cancel/terminate the subscription immediately.
2. Refund the deducted amount of PKR 174 in full.
3. Confirm once the subscription has been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
I did not authorize this subscription or consent to the deduction. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible.
