I booked Careem GO+ ride for my wife in Gulistan Johar. Mr. Hammad accepted the ride and your application showed he would be there in few minutes. I gave his detail to my wife. When she called him after some time he refused to come and said he was booking another Careem for her. But no one else showed up. This is not the first time happened with careem. With this service who wants to travel whit your company. We have other options as well. Service is getting worse day by day.
