SUBJECT: AL KHALID FLOUR AND GENERAL MILL, HATTIAN DISTT ATTOCK
Dear Sir,
With reference to the captioned matter, I would humbly like to inform you that I am the Chief Executive of the captioned flour mill. My two younger brothers viz Sh. Kashif Islam and Sh. Khalid Islam along with my mother Mrs. Shahnaz Begum are the Directors in the Mill. During the period when I was medically unfit as both of my Kidneys’s failed and I received kidney transplant from Kidney Centre, Rawalpindi, my brothers fraudulently submitted a resignation bearing my forge signatures in the office of the Registrar of Companies and transferred my shares in their names. When this fraudulent transaction came to my knowledge, a letter to the effect was written to the Chairman, Security Exchange Corporation of Pakistan to take appropriate measure to secure my interest. This matter is still pending in SECP.
Sir, I have come to know that your bank has extended various financial facilities in the name of Messrs. AL KHALID FLOUR AND GENERAL MILLS from your Rawalpindi Branch on the basis of forge documents. This is only possible when both of my brothers and your branch Manager have collaborated. This fraud has not ended here only but your Manager is also accommodating them in KK Oil and Ghee Mills, Mirpur as well. Though I have no concern with the latter project, I request you please order an enquiry to check the documentation (Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Agreement, Demand Promissory Note, Memorandum of Deposit of Tile Deed, Form-29 etc) in respect of AL KHALID FLOUR AND GENERAL MILLS as I have never signed any document required by the bank. In the meantime I may also inform you that I am preparing to take legal action against all the persons involved, specially the Manager of your branch, who is known to our family from the days he was with Allied Bank and whose has collaborated with my brothers to fulfill his nefarious desires.
Please treat this as my notice as I have prepared an application for the BANKING MOHTASIB and if I do not receive any reply from your end within 15 days, the same will be submitted.
Please treat the matter as “TOP PRIORITY”
