Dear, I have three landline this time, 1.02135049538, 2.0215033434, 3.02135034442, your department not solve my problems, I have no receive manual bill of 02135033434 from one year many time complain but no solve, 2nd my phone 02135049538 dead two weeks, I complain but no solve, 3rd my broadband service not proper many time I complain but no attend my complain, yesterday PTCL lineman came and cut my landline cable from pole, I don’t know why? I am in very pain ful trouble, I hope that you solve my these problem on priority base, thanks
