Respected Sir, no one wants to complaints against any persone with out any reason ur branch located at younas shaheed road civil line skp Tel# 0563781614 , i visited Monday Mr. Usman the officer of mentioned branch told me about the documentation which i provided him next day on tuesday and requested him to open my account on priority and if there is any other things you need tell me i will provide it because i want to avail locker facility that time ur officer told me that ur account would be open on thursday and then u can apply for locker i personaly request him again and again that my time is very presiouse and tell me the exact day when i come he said u come on friday and avail the locker but sir today when i went to bank Mr.Usman was absent and the lady operation manager told me that she opened my account yesterday and 5to 6days more required for processing in CPU i told her that i provide all things on tuesday then why u not send all my data to ur respect office on time she replied that Mr. Usman provide me ur account application yesterday and i entered it in the system and now i did not know how long it procedure would be sir if ur officers do not know the time the customet value then why are they sitting here?i requested her to plz contact with CPU to inquire about my account but she didnot notice at all and said u should open ur account in farooqabad sir what kind of banking they are doing there?are they the bosses of customer to tell them where they should go for their work its very much irretating and annoying behavioure they have no right to waste the customer time and make them angry in the end i only wants to know the status of my account bcoz ur staff has waseted my preciouse time i want to avail locker if there is no discripency then who give them the right to not open my account on same day on tuesday and why there behaviour so rude?if there is any discripency they should inform me on time but why all this things happening??
