I had to make a transaction but i could not, because all ATM machines in surrounding areas were not working in Okara. My ATM card was expired and i had to activate my new ATM card but i could not do it because of the problem mentioned above on 04-04-2017. i am a Govt. Servant residing in Okara and facing severe problems due to your lack of service standards provision regarding ATM machines. Most of the times the ATM machines are out of service in Okara City especially the branch at Depalpur Chowk Okara.
You are requested to please take this issue seriously and take remedial measures so that we may not face problems in future.
