Hi!
im Junaid Rauf my Jazz number is 0300-2240585 i called 3 times on your help line time 5:30 to 6:45 check your records, first when your representative failed to satisfy he dropped the call his name was M.Umer 2nd representative said is transferring call to supervisor but after so many rings your supervisor didn’t pick the call again i called representative Sohail picked with full attitude he argued with sarcastic behaviour then finally he also offered to forward call to supervisor but again i experienced the same supervisor didn’t pick the call & finally call dropped.
I want to know that there is no value of customer & their problems? Your representative always talk with attitude argue with customer & finally dropped the call?
Kindly check my call records & take action against your representatives & fulfil my queries as well.
