For the last 15 days my telephone is dead. No. is 021-32255201. I have talked several times on your complaint No.1218 as well as I had personally visited and met your D sahib and Zarfar sahiban, and they have been given assurances to restore my phone within 24 hours, but till date my phone is dead. Complaint Nos. given to me are 21 and 05. Kindly check it as there is no big issue for your people. Here I may mention that your line man probably his name is Shabbir has disconnected my phone, since then I have been complaining. There were two lineman visiting our colony their names are Bashir and Rashid, I do not know exactly who is doing this non sense practice with my phone. I have been requesting continously to please ask your above line man what is problem with them disconnecting my phone, as From January, 2017, my phone has remained dead for three times, and now again it is dead. Please look into, thanks, Anwerali
