Disappering of funds from my account

I live in canada Missisauga i came to to canada in 2016 jan
in my current saving account i had 83000 Rs last i checked few months back now as my daughter is visiting i give her cheque for 40,000 rs as i checked on line it shows” 0 balance , my Account is in peshawar police line road police lane and have not or any body has touch that money. please what should i do or i should contect canadian high commission , i amy canadian citizen
