Just annoying. Very bad experience. I’m a Doctor and was wearing white coat, and at first the didn’t allow me to enter by saying students aren’t allowed. I was stunned. Like, they even can’t differentiate a student and a Doctor. After almost 15 mnts of knock with the customer care they allowed. And for my amusement every single work keeping stopped me and asked me about why i was there. They checked they shopping bags and interrogate me like i was a terrorist. All the staff was involved in insulting me. And when i asked for the manager or any complain cell they simply saw me a phone number printed on their advertisement wall.
Really disappointed and willing of never experiencing again.

Despite informing the staff, I was told that nothing could be done and I left the store without a receipt. I kindly request that you consider this matter for a refund or replacement of the damaged product, as I was not at fault.
