Hello TCS,
please note below email I have done contact via email with your staff but they are very irresponsive, a month ago complaint launched but went unresloved yet.
PLEASE LOOK INTO MATTER BELOW MENTIONED AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
Dear Sir,
It is a very much matter of concern that we booked stock 3 pack stock for Lahore which was intially returned to tcs main warehouse Khanna Pull due to bad condition of sacks .
again booked with with consignment no.9054296000 with coordination whithout knowing the exact reason of return mentioned on receiving slip.This time stock deleivered and opened but found a very bad condition of sacks and stock packed in polythene.stock is damaged with somewhat an oil like liquid thrown in sacks during logistic.
I want to furnish a request of claim and have your personal attention to the matter aformentioned.

Dear Agha Hassan,
I want to inform you that your investigation is only limited to one booking and its receiving , I would request you that please reinvestigate the matter with cctv footages and the van condition for delivery.
This is also an important ask to let you be informed that shipment once booked was undelivered under consignment#9054291767 and then again booked with when it reached at revert station in ISB.This package had never returned at place of origin.This time booked with new sacks and new changed seals from red to white under consignment# 9054296000 by your staff in Islamabad center.
Both the consignments are mentioned and both shall be investigated with duly verified cctv status of the same.
please see following notes to investigate it properly:
1. There was no need to change the seals .
2.There was no need to change sacks for second term booking
3.investigate that why it was returned in early diapatch
4.Our staff of reversing that package tells that sacks were torn and blacked from outlook and some oily element was noted on sacks so did it return & went unreceived.
second time booking they received because sacks were changed and seals were changed n sacks were in looking good condition but inside the matter was same . There is some cheating element too to get that package received by cahanging outlook and saeling them again.
Please note one thing more that this is a serious matter & not as simple as one attachment of receiving the goods shows in this email.
