i called your representative in Karachi and he confirmed that my billing generation date will be 01st or 2nd of every month and these dates suit me and he also told me that due date will be 15th of every month but today on 10.01.2019, i again confirmed from Karachi helpline , now they said that bill generation date will be 16th and due date will be 30th of every month.

i dont want 2nd plan. I am a government officer and i strongly need 1st dates plan as it will suit me and your bank also will not be disturbed at all.

Please revisit my request and confirm my generation of billing date i.e. 01st or 2nd of every month and due date as 15 or 16th of every month at my email address. If you change my dates, i shall continue to use your product otherwise i shall put a written request for surrender / block / stop my product and will also stop my seniors or juniors in my office to stop using your products at all, who are already your users and they also hold the same opinion.
