Subject: Request for Removal of Incorrect ECIB Defaulter Record
Respected Sir/Madam,
I humbly submit that I, Muhammad Irshad (CNIC: 42401-5664455-1), had taken a loan from the Barwaqt Loan App, operated by Seedcred Financial Services Limited. I fully repaid 48314 the loan in the year 27-JUN-22
09.17.10.635000 AM within the required time period, and no amount remained outstanding.
Subsequently, the Government of Pakistan imposed restrictions on the Barwaqt Loan App due to reported fraudulent activities. Despite the fact that my loan had already been completely cleared, I have unfortunately been listed as a defaulter in the ECIB record.
Due to this incorrect listing, I am currently facing serious difficulties, particularly while applying for jobs and dealing with financial institutions and Banks. I have already cleared my dues and have attached my bank payment record as proof of repayment for your reference. Barwaqt Loan App, operated by Seedcred Financial Services Limited, has not issued me (NOC). However, the app has now been removed from Google, and the official website is no longer working.
I have tried to contact them but have not received any response from Barwaqt Loan App or Seedcred Financial Services Limited. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and confirming that my loan record remains cleared and remove defaulter list in ECIB record.
Therefore, I respectfully request that you kindly review my case and update your records accordingly, and remove my name from the ECIB defaulter list at the earliest possible time.
Your kind cooperation and prompt action in resolving this matter will be highly appreciated.
